Renewal by Andersen of Alaska is proud to be supporting the American Cancer Society with our annual ‘United Against Cancer’ campaign for the month of October.

Chances are, there is someone in your life who has battled cancer. In the U.S., 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men will develop cancer in their lifetime! This is why, every year for the past 4 years, we’ve supported the American Cancer Society. During this month, we’re donating $10 for every unit sold to the American Cancer Society.

Community Involvement: The Great Alaska Duck Race

We’re thrilled to announce that Renewal by Andersen of Alaska will be at the Great Alaska Duck Race on September 10th, and there will be plenty of ducks wearing our names!

We’ve made a donation in the name of every current RbA of Alaska employee. The Great Alaska Duck Race, hosted by Alaska EXCEL, is Alaska’s premiere statewide fundraising event for youth sports, education, and local community organizations.

Event details are:

Date: Sept. 10th from 11am-1pm
Location: At the Ship Creek Overlook Park Bridge to the Bait Shack just below the Bridge Restaurant on lower Ship Creek. Look for the big yellow duck at King’s Landing!

Community Involvement: Out of the Darkness Anchorage Walk

We are pleased to announce that team members from Renewal by Andersen of Alaska will be participating in the Out of the Darkness Anchorage Walk on September 10th, 2022. This community walk is in acknowledgement, remembrance, and support of the ways that suicide and mental health conditions have affected and do affect our lives and the lives of loved ones. Organized by the AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention), we will be joining thousands of other teams across the country to raise funds for research, educational programs, public policy initiatives, and to support survivors of suicide loss.
