Steve and James are awesome! They are super nice and knowledgeable. They weatherproofed my french doors. Snow and ice were coming in and I was losing a tremendous amount of heat. I'll be going with a new quality sliding door with this company even though they were not trying to sell me anything at all. I trust them. I wish I had known about their products and service before now. Thank you so much!

Steve and Craig were the best!
Very polite and respectful!
Got right to work! When they finished outside they came inside and revised my weather proofing for the front door!
Steve left his gloves behind- I called to let him know and he said he wouldn’t come back to get them— I could keep them !

This experience is based on two
employees involved, Kylee Hickok, design consultant, and Brian, who came out following day to establish an “exact mea-
surement for our project.
As I have already rated the de-
sign consultant, this evaluation
reviews, Brian, the installation
manager, and the visit to obtain
the “technical measure.”
Brian was on time, friendly, and
quickly established dimensions
for my project. In addition, I had him look at a minor repair (my
fault) on a previously installed
bedroom window downstairs.
The difference in that room is
phenomenal as a space heater
was used before when spend-
ing time there!
Forced air systems make lower
floors difficult to maintain com-
fort, but that purchase 4 1/2 years ago along with entry door
has proven to be a great decis-
ion!

We're in the process of replacing all the windows on the main floor. Steve Tuttle, the Installation Manager, stopped by this morning to measure all the windows and verify the window choices we made, earlier. Steve arrived exactly on time and well prepared to do a thorough job of measuring for installation. Steve is professional in both attitude and action. This seems to be a trait exemplified by all the employees of Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. Our experience to this point in the process has been fantastic. I highly recommend considering Renewal by Anderson of Alaska if you're considering window replacement.Update 9/3/2021: Our windows are installed and they are absolutely fantastic!! The windows are Andersen, so, obviously, they're high quality and beautiful, but our installation team, Bobby and Aaron, went above and beyond. They are the epitome of Professionalism and Customer Service. Again, if your considering window replacement, we highly recommend Renewal by Andersen Alaska.

Just had Jesse’s presentation & Craig out for the measurements. This is the best customer service ever! All my questions were answered straight away, everything was explained very well. This process has been so simple. I’m looking forward to having the best windows that are offered. 👍😊

Daniel Perez has shown his dedication and expertise on what he does. He showed accuracy in measuring the windows that will be installed. For the short period of time that I spent watching him and chatting with him gave me an impression that he is knowledgeable and a very valuable asset to the company. He was respectful too and was able to answer all my questions. He is an employee for keeps.

The professional service from time of order with Nick Zapata and the visit from installation manager Robert Johnson. Both Nick and Robert were very informative. Robert came by after order of windows to assure window measurements and specifics of install to new dining room. He also spoke with our contractor to verify windows opening measurements. The Anderson install crew, Jacob and Manny were very efficient and personable. Jacob explained the install and approximately how long job would take. After job was completed Jacob showed us every window, and how to operate, remove and replace , including the screens. The windows are beautiful !! We would also like to thank Marquelle the customer representative, of keeping us informed of delivery and setting up install date. My wife and I can’t say enough about the professional service we received. Our room addition is not completed yet, but when it is we will be sending pictures. We are so impressed with Anderson service and quality of windows, we have ordered 3 more windows and a sliding glass door. Thank you Nick, Robert, Marquelle , Jabob and Manny.

Salesman Nick was quite knowledgeable about the product and company history, personable and helpful. He answered all questions to my satisfaction and gave good advice regarding window maintenance. Follow up scheduler Derek was very helpful as well and made custom changes to the installation plan to get a better result. He also answered all my questions.

I can't say enough good things about the people who work for Anderson. Derrick measured for my doors and is absolutely wonderful to work with-professional, detailed oriented, and wanting to get things right and this is a challenge in older log homes which I have. When he came, he checked on the windows which he had also measured for just to make sure that they were working well. It is his dedication to quality and customer service that makes folks keep coming back. You are very lucky to have him working for you!

I requested Renewal by Anderson of Alaska to install a picture window for a circa 1940's log house. Quote process was professional and thorough and Mel Ramos did an excellent job with the proposal and setting up the subsequent filed measurements for window fabrication.Brian Harris did the field measurements and proceeded to do an exacting evaluation and explanation of the process. The age of the log house made the project interesting. Brian's experience with remodels in Alaska allowed him to address certain issues more common to "older" home. Brian also did a professional and efficient job.
