Rated 8 for respect to the home. An installer used my bathroom without asking and remained in there for quite some time. Not that I would not have let him use the bathroom but he should have asked as a common courtesy. (Maybe the toilet wasn't working which he wouldn't have known as an example). The installer Shay asked me and I feel the other installer should have done the same.
The salesman was superiorly instructed and was perfect in getting us to understand. The installers were very professional . informative of where they were with the install. It took 2 days to install 10 windows only because of rain.

Wonderful company to work with. Install crew worked hard to make sure everything was right. Details were taken care of and they cleaned everything up as they went, leaving no sign that they were ever there except for our beautiful new windows and front door. The windows came in when they said they would and everyone we dealt with were very professional and friendly.
The crew that was sent to install our windows were kind and courteous. They called if they were going to miss their arrival time and kept me updated on what they would be doing that day to install the windows. The crew were very professional and spent time removing the old windows carefully and cleaned up any mess as they worked on each window. Their work ethic was higher than any group I have encountered in the service area. They were efficient and worked as a team. Each person performed their task with skill, precision and pride. The craftsmanship they used in finding a solution to any obstacle left the finished window looking beautiful.

Renewal seem to be one of the few replacement windows available in multiple colors. We had windows installed that have a black frame on the outside and white on the inside. Most other replacement windows seem to only come in a white or off white color. So, the Renewal windows look very sharp.
After a very thorough sales experience, we were equally impressed by the installation process. More importantly, the windows themselves are a fantastic feature of the house--not just glass in the walls.
The installation team (Greg & Ryan) were very personable, considerate and professional. They were diligent in installing the windows as if it was their own home. That matters a lot to us!
The main reason I chose Andersen was because of the color choice. I have bronze windows and the other companies had white or beige. I did not replace all our windows so it was important to match.

Amazing work done by the installers. They covered all my furniture, cleaned up and put things back like they were when they finished each window. After the installation was complete, the installers thoroughly explained how to use the windows properly and provided great safety tips when operating the heavier windows. Was awesome beginning to end
The only concern we had was we were told by our sales representative we would be able to reuse our 2 inch blinds in the window(s) once installation was complete. Unfortunately we lost about 1.5 inches from the interior window frame(s) and are unable to hang the blinds as expected.
Our new windows are gorgeous. I am looking forward to better insulation of our home and lower utility bills.

The salesman was okay. He made it sound like we were getting more than what we were. Given what you pay, these windows should have more than a smarta � tint on them. Especially in Houston, TX. On the upside, the warehouse and installation people were excellent. They were easy to work with and were just great people. If we had gotten everything the salesman led us to believe we were getting, this would have been one of the best home improvements we have ever done.

You can really tell a quality product verses a mediocre product. The French doors fit perfectly! I had screendoors added and they fit perfectly as well. Service was excellent, updates provided in a timely manner. So thrilled with my purchase.

Jeff Chandler and his crew did an amazing job installing my windows. They had to practically rebuild the area to install the window. They even found the water leak and found out why the old window was leaking. They were so easy to work with.

Very quick and professional instalation. The windows do not obstruct as much openings as the ones we bought from another company. The installation crew was very meticulous with matching the trim around. We were very pleased and impressed. You get what you pay for. We want to stay in this home for years to come and wanted the best and did not mind paying for the best.

Everyone we dealt with at Andersen was pleasant, friendly and highly professional.
The installation was not completed in a timely manner. The first day of installation the crew worked hard to get the windowns installed but not all work was completed. The crew should have come back the next morning and finished the installation. My installation was interrupted by the same crew installing a door in someone's house the next day and did not return until 5:00 p.m. the next afternoon to complete some of my window trim. But they had to return on the next Monday to complete taking off plastic on the windows and finishing up with some trim work.
Installers had several obstacles getting my windows out, but made it happen with the highest of professionalism and expertise. They were immaculate in keeping the area inside and out very clean, and answered any and all questions I had. Always on time and even worked one weekend to get the work done. Top Notch!! Rory and his crew are the best!!!

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The head of the work crew went over a lot of the do's and don'ts on caring for the windows and showed how to operate them properly. He also went over the paperwork. When the sales rep came by he also left another card and said that if there were any questions or issues to please contact him. This was a bay window that probably complicated the way that it had to be put in but when it was all done, it looked like it came with the house.
The office staff called on time, was very exact on information and responded to my questions.
Everyone (in the Andersen organization) we talked to was helpful and enthusiastic! The windows arrived on time and Joe's installation team was great. Our home was spotless when they left our home. Joe's knowledge of installation was excellent. He was able to repair a place where termites had damaged some studs. Sammie, the painter added the touch-up to make our home beautiful...inside and out!

My experience with Renewal by Anderson was very great. The whole process was great from beginning to end. Renewal Contractors was excellent with me even when I had to reschedule at a last minutes notice. They worked with my schedule better than I worked with it myself. The Contractors worked very diligently and precise during the whole duration of the job. I can keep count of the number of times my A.C. & Heat comes on during the day with my hands. The installation went pretty smooth. I had 3 windows removed and a huge sliding door put in its place. During the process the outside light cover was broken. The overall installation was very professional and makes a huge difference in our living area. We have so much light without the heat that comes with it. I do recommend them and plan on using them for a door off my master.

I was flooded by Harvey and have been out of my home for 10 months. I have been dealing with construction teams for 10 months. My home is not yet complete. I wish I had your crew working on my house. My house might be finished if I had workers who were even half as efficient as my window installers! At least I now have beautiful windows. It is the first positive thing to happen since Harvey.
Great product! We are extremely pleased with our full experience. The quality of our new Renewal by Andersen Fibrex windows is definitely apparent and the installation was very clean and professional. They have has instantly improved the curb appeal of our home. More importantly, our home is noticeably cooler. We are looking forward to lower energy costs.
My installation team (Paul and his son) was AWESOME! They did a great job and truly cared out getting it right. I sometimes go to my doors (I bought three) and open and close them just to feel the suction and how sealed up my home is now. I love them so much a neighbor was walking by while they were being installed and I had to show her (yeah, a bit odd I know). We had an issue with our kitchen window, that apparently had a rotting pass-through bar, and it was causing issues for the guys. They sought counsel from someone else at RBA, and didn t just pretend to know exactly what to do. I really appreciated that! In the end, they REBUILT it & our pass-through bar looks way better than before! They were funny, friendly, respectful and professional, & made me wish I had MORE windows to get done, just to hang out with them longer! 😀

They had to take off my existing burglar bars and put them back after they installed my new beautiful windows. Messing with the burglar bars is a job in it self. Every Renewal by Andersen representative I have been in contact with, from my initial consult to the final installation, has been professional, very timely, personable and made me feel that my project was every bit as important to them as a much bigger project. Mr. Millican, who came to my home and demonstrated the products, worked with me to pick out what would match the architecture of my home and my personal style and helped me set up financing that would allow me to proceed with the project, spent far more than the 90 minutes originally planned with me. He never once made me feel like I was being pushed to purchase and I felt very comfortable with my decision to move forward with this project after his visit to my home. The "tape measure" who came to measure my windows was prompt and had all of my windows and front door measured quickly and accurately. He even lowered my wood blinds back down when he was done so that I wouldn't have to! I was always kept up to date of project advances. I was notified in advance of the arrival of my order from the manufacturing plant and the office in charge of my installation was very flexible with me on installation dates. Finally, on installation day, the crew (Mr. Joe and his two helpers) arrived 15 minutes early, worked tirelessly and even finished more on day one than they estimated. In order to access several windows, they had to step in to flower beds and other such spaces but they took extra care to not step on my plants or disturb anything else. They were patient and understanding of my specific home circumstances involving my several pets and always made sure doors, gates and windows were closed to help me keep my cats and dogs from escaping. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Renewal by Andersen. From start to finish, they have met and exceeded my expectations and I have no plans of going elsewhere for any future window and door needs!

The windows are unbelievably beautiful. I never thought I would be so happy and giddy about new windows, but here I am. Our house is about 25 years old and when we purchased last year there was some damage to 3 of our windows but as we called around, no one was replacing single pane windows so this meant that we would have to change those windows to double pane and leave the rest single pane which would look crazy, so we just put it on the back burner because replacing all of our windows seemed out of our reach financially. We ended up meeting an RBA Rep at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza and she asked us all the right questions and so we set up an appointment for a rep to come out even though we were pretty certain we could not and would not be getting new windows because we couldn't afford it. Our sales rep came out on a Saturday and he was nice, patient, and answered every question we had for him. I was still insistent that this was an expense that we did not need, but my fiance cracked and the truth is that we really did need to get these old drafty windows replaced. We finally came to a compromise that our sales rep suggested which was just to get all of the windows replaced in the back of our house upstairs and downstairs because those were the most needed and then he could do a price guarantee for the next year (I think it was) and we would be able to get our windows in the front of the house for the same price as the back windows. So we went for it. He explained the process very thoroughly and told us what would happen step by step and he was spot on. Everything he said would happen, happened just the way he explained. Our install team; forget about it, they were awesome. This crew was here when they said they would be here, explained everything that we needed to know, answered our questions before, during and after the install, they were professional, respectful, cleaned up behind themselves, and finished our project earlier than anticipated. Perfection! Now we are so amped up to get our front windows done because they are perfect, beautiful, and everything we didn't know we needed and desired. It makes our house feel new and since we purchased a pre-owned home, it is also another way for it to truly feel like it is ours. I feel blessed that we were introduced to RBA because if you are going to spend your money somewhere especially when it is a large investment for your even larger investment (home), why not get the best?

We are very happy with the product. The carpenters will come back to correctly rehang my blinds as the painters were not able to do that. The lead has come out and looked telling us it would be a week or so, but they have done a great job.
Mario and his helper did a fine job removing old windows and set about installing 7 new windows right away. They were very quick and efficient workers. They know your products very well. They left no mess and used drop cloths were ever they worked. A good team. The painter, Sammy arrived the same day and did a bang up job on touch up work. Bo and his team were outstanding, went over and above the correct installation was completed & even painted the frame they had to build for my back garage door. I chose the waterfall full door, it brings in natural light and still allow my privacy. I can't say enough Great things about Bo &his team! Both sets of installers were wonderful and fast workers. We had one window that did not fit so it took an additional 6 weeks to get the whole job done and we are waiting on the painter to contact us to stain the inside of the window to match the wood which was an upgrade but the windows are beautiful and the experience has been great. We will use Anderson for stage 2 and for the doors for sure. Very satisfied with the professionalism of everyone on the project and all we have left is the stain. Great job all around! Robb Scott

The window and doors were more beautiful than I imagined they would be. The installation was done with the utmost of customer service, and we were ensured they would make sure we were completely satisfied. The windows and doors are quiet, the screens are practically invisible and they gave the house great curb appeal. We love opening the windows from the top to let the fresh air in, and the light coming through the doors has improved the look of the home inside too.

Window's are beautiful and we're installed according to specifications. Professionalism were displayed pre-, during and after installation. Communications and informations were always relayed throughout the process.
Windows by RBA are quite an investment, but so worth it. The windows are gorgeous, and we have seen a huge drop in our electricity bill in the first month after windows were installed. Everyone we worked with - Russell, our sales consultant, the ladies in the office, and the installation crew were professional, very helpful, and explained every step of the process to us. I actually get excited when I get up in the morning and see the beautiful windows. We have received compliments from neighbors, and even our cleaning lady! Can't wait to have the French doors installed, so the entire house is done.

We love our new windows! It was awesome to see the full moon from our upper large windows. Clear, beautiful views to the lake and these Windows will protect our furnishings. The gentlemen that came to install the windows were extremely courteous and informed us as they were going through the process. Plastic was hung inside the work area and drop clothes were used inside and out to protect the areas and keep material from scattering. They cleaned up very well and took all the old material with them. They explained operating the windows before they left. They did a fantastic job!

Initial contact happened as I was coming out a store, I listened to the lady, finally agreed to a visit and really had no intention of buying a window, they are great windows but expensive. A representative came to our house and we listened to the rep describe the window and the manufacturing process, etc. We bought one window and we love it and as we can we will replace the other windows.

I was extremely happy with the fast turnaround on getting the windows in and the fast installation.
Superior quality products and people. Excellent communication throughout the process. Delivery was slightly longer than anticipated, but it caused no problems. There is a minor issue with a window that was installed last year, but the installers have already sent a technician to check on the issue, and there is a fix in the works.
I am very happy with all parts from sales to installation. I am looking forward to paying of the first installation and then going forward with the second installation.

I only have one issue and it is with the small arched window in my master bath as the upper corners of the arch are not seamed together. My husband said he will just caulk them but I thought you should know. But I love my windows!

One of my Windows has screws that make it difficult to pull the window out for cleaning. Do I need to tighten them our do y'all want to do that?
Windows were installed in a little of six hours. The lead person did all of the inside work and his crew completed the outside work. All windows upon final inspection look great. Craftsmanship was above par. The only negative I have, concerns the outside shrubbery and bushes. The day after installation I noticed brown leaves and numerous branches turning brown due to being broken or snapped during the removal or installation of the windows. I would recommend that more care be taken with plants and landscaping. i would recommend to anyone interested in replacement windows to do business with Andersen

This was our second installation of Renewal by Andersen Windows and I was completely satisfied with the quality of the Andersen windows. However, with this second installation, it seemed the installers got into more of a hurry than before...there were two tarps that were left behind and I did find some old window gasket materials left in the back yard, but this was a minor detail. I hope to look into an atrium door installation later, and will definitely recommend Andersen Windows to my friends.

My wife and I have been retired for five years and never really considered this kind of investment for our home at this time in our lives. Our house is paid for and most of our income is strictly budgeted, but we both agreed that the pluses outweighed the minuses with new windows. What made our decision easier was the sincerity of the representative, the quality of the product provided for our perusal, and the financing options. We have already experienced a decrease in energy consumption which we intend to improve with more insulation in the attic. In the last few years we have had to have our water pipes replaced, the roof replaced, and the air conditioning replaced and the replacement of our windows was the most painless experience we've had. I place much of the credit with the crew that did the actual work and I tip my hat to them. PS: Our bathroom window could be on display at The Louvre.

5 star overall for work done. Communication was the problem. I was never kept updated on the schedule. I would be calling for updates up until work was performed.

When your sales lady at the entrance to the HEB Supermarket introduced herself and who she represented, we jumped at the chance to purchase your replacement windows. We had been hoping to replace our home's original single-pane windows (installed in 1972) with your far superior double-pane ones. Honestly, we were somewhat taken aback by the cost, but our hearts and minds were set on them, so we went ahead. Even though the Andersen Windows were installed just six months ago, we are completely happy with everything about them. Let me add that the installation team did a beautiful job.

We received some really low estimates to convert our sliding door to a window. They sounded too good to be true. Renewal by Andersen wasn't one of those low estimates. But, the company's reputation, the salesperson's knowledge and the reliability of the Fibrex material, made us choose them. And, even though I had to wait a little (because the windows are custom made and don't come prefabricated) it was soooooo worth it! It was done in the time frame we were given. The window is gorgeous and has transformed our room. The fit was perfect. The sheetrock work/paint matched perfectly. The siding work was perfect. There were no mishaps or hold-ups. We could not be happier with the look of the window. The Fibrex material is really a one of a kind. It's keeping the room so cool. We have received so many compliments. I could go on and on about how satisfied we are, but I won't. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were also so satisfied with their whole team. From the staff setting up appointments, our awesome salesman, Mr. Krupp, to the pros who installed the window and the crew who did the other work. Everyone was professional, punctual and courteous. Love my new windows very much. The windows greatly improved the whole look of my house both inside and out. During installation a window sill was broken. The workers replaced it and it looks better than before. I noticed that the inside of my house is quieter now too. The windows are an amazing quality product, so much better than the windows installed in most houses on new constructions. I am looking forward to lowered utility bills as well. The lady I met at the Skeeters' field was very pleasant, however I understand she does not work there anymore. That is the essence of marketing, putting people out in the public places to spread the word about your product. Now, I must say that I needed what she was selling so it was very good timing on her part to be placed at that location on that day. It cost money to do that, but I am sure that it comes back two fold when an individual purchases. A gentleman came to my house soon and sold me on the concept of a sliding glass door. Again as I said earlier, I was in need of what was being sold. He was very understanding that a night worker was sleeping inside and so we sat on his tailgate of his truck and did an old fashioned country type sale right there under the shade tree. There were a few incentives for purchasing on that day which could help out somewhere down the line. The door came in pretty much on time, within a few days of when described and a construction date was set up. The crew came out with the door and had the job done in about 6 hours. And this sliding glass door is a monster of a door and it looks great! Another individual came out a couple days later and painted outside trim and inside trim. All in all it was a very good experience and we have a rock solid sliding glass door with a nice screen door to boot.

Communication rated lower because I got a call the morning they were on their way and not before. I had to schedule a different date which wasted some of their time (not mine). It was just a misunderstanding because I was previously asked if I'd like to receive them the day they arrive in the warehouse and I said yes. However, I never knew when they arrived in the warehouse - they just loaded them and were on the way to deliver.
the design was a struggle to explain and was a misunderstanding during construction. i had a melt down but the workers and the rep were remarkable and got me exactly what i wanted very happy now and hope to add more windows in the future!!

We are very pleased and satisfied with all aspects of the replacement windows and how they were installed. The product is excellent and has already proven to reduce the inside temperature. The contract installation crew was marvelous. They worked through a very hot day and at all times considered our home, so as to avoid inconvenience to us. They left the house spotlessly clean, removed every scrap of rubbish and garden did not damage or harm any of the garden area.
We love our windows and look forward to seeing the improvement of keeping us cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Our electricity bill will hopefully be lowered! And the windows are beautiful!

I waited several months to make sure I still felt the same way. I do. I love these windows. We replaced the original circa 1983 builder grade aluminum windows last summer. Right away we notice a significant reduction in outside noise. The older A/C didn't have to work as hard to maintain comfortable temperature. During the cooler months the is a noticeable lack of drafts and cold spots near the windows. Installation team was great completing the job in a day despite several rain showers and cleaned up after themselves very well.
The beauty of the windows is only surpassed by the quality! The outdoor heat stays just where it belongs! Outdoors!

I apologize for completing this survey late. The only issue we had with our windows is that the Cascade was not turned toward the gas filled side to give me a smooth surface on the room side of the window. This was a special order request that didn't get handled properly. I understand the windows are being remade and we should her from them soon to reinstall.

During the demonstration I really liked how heat was kept away. I knew my son needed it for his room, to keep the curtains smelling like the iron was always on it. My wife loves it for its strength and how it holds up against impact. We both love RbA for being able to setup installation in phases.
I was aware of Renewal by Andersen from living on the East Coast. The whole process from meeting consultant at a Home & Garden Show to the last brush of paint was a dream. There wasn't a time of assuming - I was consulted on every step. My only regret is that 5 stars is as high as I can go - You deserve a 100+!!

We had a rough start at first, because our windows were damaged in a accident that the window crew was involved in, so all of the windows had to be reordered, total time on the windows was about 2 months. Overall, minus the accident, the windows would have been installed according to plan. I was extremely satisfied with the installation. The window crew that came out to install the windows were AWESOME!!! Great Job Guys.

The installation was professional and we are extremely happy with the final product. We would recommend them more if their prices werent so high. There were some communication issues while we were waiting to get approval from our particular unit regarding management approval. We feel they could have done a better job letting us know that they were havinging trouble getting approval. It set us back almost five weeks in getting the windows in. Besides that we are satisfied with everything.

The installation crew were excellent and meticulous in the performance of the project which took 2 days to complete. They were very courteous and attentive to my wishes and the finished job was outstanding, I am now the envy of all my neighbors. It was a project I had been putting off for years and now wish I had done long ago, there are still some more windows which need replacement and I will definitely use Renewal by Andersen when the time comes.
I felt we received incomplete info on the window style options as a result one window was totally inappropriate and was replaced at our expense.
Communication lapsed between the gentleman who came out to do a repair to the repair/install manager. Once repair install manager was appraised thing went very well.

The fit is very tight by each window measured, plus the warranty should I have to utilize it is priceless. The company keeps up with every step during the entire process. They beat the time they advised it would take to complete the windows at the factory helping us save more money due to the radiant barriers of the window with our electricity costs.
The installation was exceptional. They were very careful and left no mess other than just a bit of dust. There was no damage to my walls or my hardiplank on the outside. No touch-up had to be done. It was great!

I cannot begin to express our experience with enough stars! The work crew was fantastic and more importantly, they seemed to enjoy themselves ( the company of one another) while they worked. there was no grumpiness or complaints. Really good natured. I am a real estate broker that has seen your product for a number of times I knew about the quality.
The only part of the process I did not love was the number of phone calls and arranged visits with specific expectations. These meetings went very well, but it felt pushy. We are fully satisfied and impressed with each RbA representative we met and love our new windows.

Overall, we're very happy with the new window. It made our West-facing room more comfortable in the Houston summer heat. But I do feel more heat coming through the window than I expected based on the sales pitch. Also the window sill *outside* the house (which is over a foot width of Hardy siding) had some dirt/scuff marks on it after installation. It was no big deal, because it wasn't in my house and was easy to clean off.

I contacted your company to ask what kind of cleaner will be good. And the receptionist was unable to direct my call to the right person. She didn't know what (and had no clue!) to recommend. The technician told us when he finished the project something with the name blue but we forgot she closed out telling me just to use Windex and I asked with Ammonia? And she said yes! And there was when I decided to end the conversation! She didn't know anything about your windows. I bought some cleaner without ammonia sure we won't damage our beautiful windows.
Could have done it cheaper but that is not what I wanted. Got what I wanted in results and the process was (we are talking construction here) very satisfactory.

Our sliding glass door to French doors replacement project went surprisingly perfect thanks to the professional efforts of the entire team performing the work from start to finish. I say surprisingly as I can t remember any past home improvement project that went perfect in all respects. All our questions were answered during the Sales and Order session, the measurements taken by Paul allowed for a perfect fit when Joe s installation crew finished the job including professional staining of the oak wood doors to match our existing cabinets. All this done in way less than a day. Outstanding!

I just love the patio door. My room looks great and it stays cooler. This door provides great insulation. The locking mechanism is great too. The salesman was very knowledgable as was the person that came to check the door after it was installed.
Chris our installer and Greg his helper were both very professional taking time to explaining each step of the process both being very careful in setting up and taping each window so dirt or debris from old window removal would not enter. He also did a very close inspection of window frame before install new window in. The year before had 3 windows installed by Home depot and if I had know then what I know now I wouldn't had done that. If it wouldn't be for the fact that they were so new I'd have them taken out. Had a Great Experience with Renewal and when they left you couldn't tell that they were even here.
Our new windows are gorgeous, but what we notice most is the reduction of noise from outside. The color of the windows we chose and the quality of the windows adds a lovely ambiance and elegance to our home. The crew installing our windows was professional and very capable. They explained each step of the process and made sure we were aware of which rooms would be impacted by the installation at what time. We are very impressed that they made sure the process was clean and that our landscaping was not impacted. Great crew!! It will be very interesting to see how the windows perform during the hot summer months of Houston. I am anticipating that we will notice a significant reduction in the amount of money spent on air conditioning our home due to the insulating factor of the new windows.

We have used Renewal by Andersen twice to replace original wooden windows which had been painted/repaired but were rotting. We have been extremely satisfied with the installation and product. If we need further replacements we will use Andersen.

The dimensions fro the window were made by apparanely were lost, resulting in about a 3 month delay. that was the only complaint -everything else was good. I would have appreciated some type of compensation, other that "we are sorry".

We had all of our windows replaced. We now have flow-through ventilation, which we were previously unable to have. We now have a "picture" window in our breakfast area and spend quite a lot of time looking out into our backyard, watching birds and squirrels that come to our feeders. We are able to take pictures through the window.
I had my windows replaced in 2 phases 2 years apart. Both installation jobs were completed by the same crew led by a man named John. I couldn't have asked for a more professional crew and they were very nice. John was very careful of my home and yard. All through the process he kept me informed and agin they were quite professional. You are luck to employ these men, especially John!!

Our original experience with the installation of the first windows we had put in was not a good one. The installation was very shoddy and we had multiple problems with the windows after they were installed. Many of our phone calls to correct the problem went weeks with out communication to correct it. Eventually all of the issues were corrected but it took over a year to accomplish that. We ordered five more windows in October of this year and the installation was very well done and they even corrected some of the problems with the first installation that we were not aware was improperly done. As of today, we are very happy with our windows and very satisfied with the service we have received to rectify the original installation.

I chose Andersen windows because of their excellent reputation and product quality. I am certainly glad I did. The salesman representing the company provided a convincing comparative demonstration without mentioning other products, but rather focusing on the benefits of the Andersen window. The installation team far exceeded my expectations. They did a superb job in every way, going over and above the installation itself. Following the completion of an excellent job, their cleanup, both inside and outside the house, was immaculate. I felt each of the installers took a personal interest in this job as if it were being completed on their own home. I could not have asked for more or for a better job. My only suggestion for improvement is their current method of communication in setting a date for commencing the installation. Everything was done through text messaging and took far longer than expected. I highly recommend making personal contact with the customer so that at least there is a dialog between the company and the customer. Regardless of this, I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone and will definitely use them again if needed.

The windows look great from both the outside and inside of the house, and have made a major improvement in room temperature. The entire RBA team did a wonderful job from initial sale to installation and clean-up. The windows are expensive, but worth it for a quality product and team.
David and the installation team were great. They were professional, kept us informed of any problems and delays, and had the areas cleaned up at the end of each day. We are now in the process of having our front windows done and would love to have that team of installers back!

The whole process was very organized, from initial visit with Consultant to installation.
We feel the doors do not glide. No close as easily as it was explained and demonstrated that they would close, but they are very heavy and we have adjusted to the technique needed to close them.

I was very impressed with the product and installation. There was very little communication to me from anyone after the sales rep left our house with the initial order. I had to initiate contact for a status since we were told it would be installed in late July and when I called in August I was told that it would be installed in September. Installation was very quick, neat, and thorough. Comparing the new windows with the older windows in the heat and cold is really a dramatic difference.
Installation was on time, professional; done in a clean manner. Cost was on the high side for my friends/neighbors but I understood the higher quality of materials, design, and professionally installation.
Our window project was done in 2 phases.
1st phase was financed for 48 months no interest and the 2nd phase was financed for 24 months no interest loan. We were told that we could pay on the 2nd loan (24 month) first. Then once the 24 month loan was paid off pay on the 48 month loan. The bank was very adamant we could not do this without interest penalty and personnel credit rating being effected. The bank was wiling to do both phases on the same 48 month loan, but Renewal by Andersen would not allow this. We now have 2 loans due a couple days apart and costing much more per month than we were lead to believe. If we had known this up front we would have waited before starting the 2 phase!
Everyone was immensely helpful. If anything, I received a few too many calls; they became a bit burdensome, but I did appreciate the communication. I was especially impressed with our installers; they worked efficiently and were clearly skilled craftsmen.
My only question at this point is whether or not the windows will help keep our room more energy efficient--our major reason for the change. We have not felt a change at this point, but they look lovely, and we are hopeful that change may come later, if not with summer weather then with winter weather.

The decision to use Renewal by Andersen to replace the windows in our home was the best home-improvement move we have ever made. We were particularly impressed by the installation process and the crew of high-skilled workers who carried it out. Replaced duct work AC in May - windows in June/July, so the hottest months have not shown a reduction in electric bills. It is more quiet inside and more comfortable, very attractive.

Fit like a glove; Initially concerned I'd loose to much glass via inset type install and general wider frame of these new units vs cheap cheap aluminum units. I ordered my replacements without muntins/grills ... netted nice big windows.

It took several try's to complete the final trim on the windows as I work and can only be available on Friday afternoon and Saturday. The first Friday it rained- so almost two(2) weeks from installation to completion -not installers fault.

The windows look great and we have already had a number of people stop by and tell us how great our house looks with these windows. In fact one of our neighbors has already ordered windows. The installation crew was great and took great care in avoiding making a mess and cleaned up the entire work site after the job was done.
Our job required a conversion from a wall of doors + windows to all windows. When the job was completed it looked as if that was the way the house was designed 55 years ago. Flawless conversion inside and out!
Overall I thought the project went very well. I wasnot expecting the dust. I think that is something the sales cusultant should have told me about. Another thing I did not expect was that the installers would be working late into the evening. The installer said he had to do that because he was lined out for another job the next day. Installation was interrupted much of the time due to rail and I do not feel that the installer should have been assigned another job before he has completed the one he is on. He should be allowed to reach a stopping point at a decent hour and pick-up where he left off the next day when there are work delays.
The installers were extrememly proficient in removing the old windows, disconnecting our alarm system such that our alarm company could simply reconnect when the job was done, working around and dealing with drapes, blinds , burglar bars. The crew worked as a very efficient, professional team and took all care in peerforming and insuring proper installation of the replacement windows protecting nearby furniture, floors. They were very consciencious in performing all cleanup. To date, we are very satisfied
The initial consultation very clearly showed the technical excellence of the product - efficiency, durability. I was pleased we reached a price for the job that both parties felt comfortable with. A change had to be made for the semi-circle windows and it was handled well with no extra cost or effort from me.

We are thrilled with our new windows! Our bedroom window is on a busy easement and we used to hear a lot of car engines at night, but that is gone now. In the afternoons my husbands office would be like a sauna from the heat coming in the old windows. Now it's not an issue. I'm looking forward to doing more windows!

Our market research indicated that replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen offered the best product for fit, finish, and installation. Although there were less expensive, replacement Windows offered by other companies, on installation our decision to go with Replacement by Andersen was more than justified. Not only are the windows beautiful in their own right, they have added both substance and curb appeal to our home.
I am a repeat customer. Two years ago, I had 6 double hung windows which looked out upon my garden, replaced with 3 picture windows. What a wonderful difference it made in the temperature comfort of that room, not to mention how the picture windows brought my garden into my living room! I replaced the remainder of my windows this spring with 2 gliding windows & 5 double hung windows. I am pleased with the results so far.

The true test is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. We had a few minor issues during the instalation and what was nice was the way that everyone bent over backwards to make it right. The instal crew was friendly and took care of it right away. The sales team was equaly a big part of the soultion.

There was no dust. Banging was kept to only the necessary. Workers used their experience to expedite the job. Workers genuinly listened to customer speak. Work crew got along well. Workers were intent on accuracy and exactness. Work done as if it were their own windows being put in. Hurdles overcome easily by knowing what were doing.
Installation was thorough and perfect. One window was a fraction of an inch off and they made a new one at no charge.

We are very pleased at this time. So far we see a big difference in power bills and are amazed at the sound proofing. This is not the hot summer heat yet that we deal with in Houston area. Bottom line doing business with a company that delivers what it says is 95% of what the customer expects.

The installation took less time than estimated, which made me very happy. I notice a much lower level of outside noise on the inside. There are two train tracks within a quarter mile, and I now seldom awaken when trains pass at night.

Removal and installation crews did a good job keeping the site clean and went the extra mile to provide good customer service (e.g. offering to do some touchup painting on window trim; helped reinstall window blinds). Awesome from the beginning! Saleslady was on time, extremely professional, we bonded instantly. I was told my windows would be ready for installation in January, but I got a call to see if I would like them installed the day after Christmas, which was perfect for me. Two very professional and pleasant installation techs arrived exactly on time, did an outstanding job with the anticipated noise and mess, which they cleaned up, and left exactly at 2 p.m., which is when they said they would. I have been bragging about my gorgeous new windows and the Company ever since! A current cold snap has tested their integrity, and wow!, what an incredible difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Installation was estimated at 2 days but Joe got it knocked out in one. It was a full day and he worked his butt off but got it done professionally and didna t feel like he was just rushing to get in and out he took his time and did a great job! The installer was very thorough before he started installing, reviewing the information with the actual windows and he found the window lock color matched my patio door lock but not my other window locks and let me know in case I woul want to make a change later. Later I did let Mr. Martin know and he was able to get replacement locks that were the color of my previouly installed windows, and he changed them out himself, with no charge to me. That was going above and beyond his regular duties!

Everything done in a first class manner
Not only was their installation of all windows done perfectly, but they went above and beyond and corrected the original hanging of my blinds in each window! I guess I never hung them properly to begin with......oops. Now the blinds are straight, and look like they should! Tony's crew was superior to any work crew I have ever had.

Great care was taken to protect the area where the work was being done. The clean-up was meticulous. Not a trace of any debris was left after the two cleaned up - and that was both inside and outside.
