Steve arrived exactly on time and well prepared to do a thorough job of measuring for installation. Steve is professional in both attitude and action. I requested Renewal by Anderson of Alaska to install a picture window for a circa 1940's log house. Quote process was professional and thorough and Mel Ramos did an excellent job with the proposal and setting up the subsequent filed measurements for window fabrication.

Brian Harris did the field measurements and proceeded to do an exacting evaluation and explanation of the process. The age of the log house made the project interesting. Brian's experience with remodels in Alaska allowed him to address certain issues more common to "older" home. Brian also did a professional and efficient job.
